Yesterday was a day off (Friday). Today I weighted 170. Most calories are still comming from shakes. I'm too busy to cook and eating out ends up being too many calories. Today's work-out was abs, calfs and chest.

850 cal with 40% fat

I really enjoy the elliptical machine but it is really hard to stay in a fat burning HR. I really like the burn of going reverse.
