NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

I believe I finally had a mental breakthrough. Yesterday I became very aware of how much better I feel when I eat clean and work out regulary. I am done wasting my time with moments of food pleasure and lazyness. I've come so far I'm not about to give it all up. I pray I'll have the strenght to resist and fully devote myself to a healthier life! Life is so short, I want to make the most of it.

28 min. CARDIO/HIIT (eliptical trainer)
-resistance: 10
-speed: moderate/high
3 min. warm up
-20 min. steady cardio with random 1 min. high intensity intervals
5 min. cool off
-distance: 2.62 miles
-calories burned: 395

followed by 10 min. of dancing to some of my favorite music :)
