New Workout Is Tough!

Good grief, am I one sore and tired guy from this new workout. It seems short enough and simple, but it is kicking my butt. Here is today's:

5 minute warm up 4 mph 2% grade

Tri Cable Pushdowns: 50X12 60X12 70X9 70X7
DB Kickbacks: 17.5X12 20X12 22.5X9 25X6
Barbell Preacher Curls: 35X12 35X9 45X5 45X4
Standing DB Hammer Curls: 12.5X12 12.5X12 15X10 17.5X8
Crunches: 10X15 25X15
Leg Raises: 2 sets of 15
Seated Twists: 2 sets of 15

25 Minutes treadmill Alpine Trail 4 mph with max 8% grade

Now, I am going to lie down and die.
