I removed a day for workout because it is now more of a challenge. If I start today I am already two days behind. My workout is not Monday thur Thursday, with a break on Weds, Sat, and Sun.
Also, My workout consists of abdominals - chest - shoulders - back - biceps - triceps - legs - calves on Monday and Thurs.
chest - shoulders - back - biceps - triceps - legs - calves on Tues and Fri.
