New to online training

I do boxing Monday nights and bootcamp Saturdays morning.

I'm manly looking to do a mid week session to build strength and hoping gain as much knowledge as possible on nutrition and fitness. Witch will help me ease through my diploma of fitness a bit better.
I have a busy schedule as it is but there's always time to squeeze in a session. <3 love it!
