New Routine

Starting a new routine soon . . . also should be starting a new gym as well. Anyway yesterday just sorted out what I would be doing. Not a proper work-out. Wanted my form checked cos I was going to incorporate squats and deadlifts. My squats were fine. Got nice and deep and felt comfortable. So I'll be starting at 40k. Deadlifts, however, are not for me. Picking up is fine but trying to set the weight down will eventually do me an injury. So I'm giving it a miss. Also I pushed out 4 8s at 40k on chest press so I'm hitting 5k more on that and it's been a while. Feeling good and looking forward to my new work-outs which should be starting next week.
