started new routine yestersay -
doing back/chest ; legs ; shoulders/arms split
press-ups - 2 warm up sets of 12 on knees then 8xproper pressups then 7x proper pressups. Really pleased, a couple of months ago I couldn't do proper press ups at all :)
dumbell bench press 2x6kg x12; 2x10kg x10 ; 2x10.5kg x10 (I got some wrist weights in a travel gym set so I added these)
bent over rows 6kg x12 ; 6kg x12 ; 9kg x10 ; 10kg x10
upright rows 2.5kg x12 ; 6kg x12 ; 9kg x10 ; 10kg x10
crunches 10,10
leg raises 10,10
