New regime

Again, time seems to be running away from me. Haven't been logging what Ive been doing. I've been getting my new work out sorted out at the gym for the while. Broken down into chest/tris; back/bis; shoulders; legs with abs every work out. Using the swiss ball for most of it for extra work on my core/abs and doing a couple of 10 min bursts of cardio on the bike and the treadmill. On the bike I'll have 30 sec burst of max effort and on the treadmill it's a steady pace on an incline. Back in tomorrow and I'll get what I've been doing noted in my notebook so I can start logging it again.
