New Program....More Sweat

You think you're used to working out, then change things up and WHAMMO! It's tougher, and you sweat more. Plus, it didn't help that the gyms AC wasn't working last night and it's 75 degrees outside (NC in January)! Enough bad writing, here's what I did:
Treadmill warm up: 5 minutes
Close Grip Machine P-Downs: 100X12 100X12 110X8 120X7
Seated Cable Rows: 90X12 100X9 110X7 110X5
Crunches: 15 15 with 10 lb plate
Leg Raise: 2 sets 15
Seated Twists: 2 sets 15
25 minutes on the elliptical.
Drove home like a madman and STILL missed the first eight minutes of "Lost."
