Yesterday I developed my new program for the next 8 weeks. It's a 2 day split, as I find I struggle to get to the gym as often during winter, and if I don't make all my workouts I feel as if I've failed, completely losing motivation.
I think this way I am more likely to keep up with my training. If I am feeling extra motivated, I see no reason not to do my split every 3 days rather than twice a week.
I have included some core work for the first time too, and also some wrist exercises to help with the golf.
Hopefully, soon I will be posting my workouts again, just have to get rid of this flu.......
