New Phasee

No workout today. It's my day off. Out by the beach, beautiful weather, read a book, e-mailed my friends, coffee... perfect!

I made some changes to my workout plan last night, namely:

1. Added shoulders and back to the plan, so now no muscle group is excluded. I have to be careful the first couple weeks not to re-injure this new group.

2. Added an extra day, so now I will be working out 5 days a week. I will have Wednesdays and Saturdays off. For the rest, I will get about 6.5 hours of sleep during weekdays (10:30 - 4:00 AM). Will get extra 2 hours on Wednesdays and 3 hours on Saturdays to make up for the insufficient sleep time. Works for me...

3. Because of the extra day that I added, now the load is spread over more days, and of course with more exercises because of back and shoulders being added. Overall, it represents a more even load throughout the week, while previously Fridays was the heaviest and Tuesdays were the lightest days.

4. I lost my priod workout plan on the website, but I guess it's not a big deal, since I have it in a hard copy. I got a new 8-week workout program starting Monday. Looking forward to that. I love this website and recommend to anyone I can. I waonder if they offer money for referrals...
