Hi Everyone. My name is Stefanie and I'm new here. I am trying to find out what's going on here. I would love to lose weight and get in shape but cannot stay motivated alone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to stay motivated? I have tried several times to find a workout buddy to help me stay motivated but they usually quit on me so I give up after trying to keep going alone. Please help! Also, does anyone know of good workouts to lose weight?
