Back in the gym after a week or so for Chest/Tris/Abs
db incline press 12@6; 12@8; 2X12@10
seated machine fly 12@20; 2x10@25
seated o/head db ext 2x12@4; 2x10@6
lying db ext 2x12@8; 2x10@10
3x25 of seated twists; leg raises; crunches
Really felt the ab workout. Back tomorrow for a cardio class. Want to incorporate more cardio to reduce my BF and weight. Weighed myself for 1st time in a couple of months. Officially at my heaviest and shocked myself 13st 8 or 86kg. Not good and not happy with myself. The hard work starts now!
