I was always the super skinny girl. I weighed 100 lbs until I was 27, even after having 3 kids. Some medical issues came up and changed my life drastically.
I currently weigh 148 lbs and have been at this weight for about 4 years now. I want to change myself to be more fit and healthy. I'm not so much worried about the number anymore but how strong I am.
Tomorrow I embark on my journey to a new healthier me. I'm so excited to share with everyone.
