New 8 Week Program Started Today

And it went well, so far. The only thing that is bothering me now is why don't gyms have some kind of (for lack of a better word) etiquette class? You know, if you have three different sets of dumbbells out and you'll only use one of them for 10 minutes...put the others back!!! Other people might want to use them. Ugh. Anyway, on with the show...

Warm Up on Treadmill 5 minutes 4mph 4.0% grade

Machine Shoulder Presses: 65X15 70X12 75X10 80X8
Standing Lateral DB Raises: 15X14 15X10 15X8 5X17.5
Front DB Raises: 10X14 10X12 15X6 15X6

Crunches: 15X15 25X15
Leg Raises: 15 15
Seated Twists: 15 15

25 Minutes on treadmill: Alpine Trail 12.5% grade 3.8mph 245 cals

On a side note, the cats are doing much better. They are a little more playful and there's not much to be alarmed about. Some people think it's silly to worry about animals, but they really are my family. I hope they continue to get better.
