i'm new to this and i want to exercise more and start a healthier life for myself. i'm 18 years old, 5' 4" and i currently weigh 165, and i'm determined to change that, hopefully by summer, i want to lose 30 to 40 pounds. so any help would be apprecated :) but i own the Wii fit and i worked out on it yesterday and i'm sore today and i'm going to try to keep up exercising and eating healthier, as of today i'm going to cut out sugar and junk food from my diet and eat more fruit, vegetables and healthy foods. i'm currently going to an art college  so i sit and draw or sit and work on my computer on projects and homework, but i only have classes two days out of the week and i'm currently jobless so i have lots of free time. but as i said i would appreciate any help any one can give me :)
