Needs some Work
I have not been able to stick to the work FT has given me completly.(SP) I have done what I was able to do at home like crunches and leg raises, the stuff i know i can do without the gym equipment. I have re-started my workout program so many times. I have lost weight by reteaching my self to eat for myself and to watch my portions and I started walking. I need help to keep me motivated. This time I plann on sticking to the workout as much as possible. I want to lose this "babyfat".
