I can't really afford to go out and buy a lot of "healthy" foods. I am not a very good cook. Any ideas on fast, inexpensive, and healthy foods. Micowave, is good... Cold, mix and eat, is good.... Can you see a patteren here?  Lazy? might be, in a hurry is more like it.... but I will except lazy.... just saying.  Any help?

Why thank you, Charlie. Yes, the photos are current... like two months old. My issue is that my metabolism is changing and I am not sure how to deal with it yet. I have never really had to work hard at staying fit. Now it seems that even though I work hard at it I am still gaining in inches... and it's not muscle... just saying... Thank you for the advice I will truly look into the food issue and the counting of calories... and No, you don't need to yell ;0) Thanks again. You are very nice.

cottage cheese w/walnuts or fruit. Yogurt, tuna, salmon. Try for unprocessed whole food. Nothing from a box or bag. Subway can be a healthy meal. You gotta learn to eat right and count calories. Judging by your photos , if they are current, you are doing pretty well. Lazy? That's up to you. I can type in all caps and yell at you if that would help. Go for small achievable changes each day
