My Meal Tomorrow

I am probably going to make some rice and eat that to loose weight during the day.  Then in the afternoon going to eat more vegetables considering I go to exercise in the afternoon my dinner is actually the most important meal of the day.  The rest of the meals are going to be small random meals. 

Breakfast, going to eat a medium size shake with protein added to it.  Will also do some Tai Chi on my own, and learn some new moves. 

Lunch going to eat a regular meal like rice with beans or maybe even cucumbers.  I eat a vegetable or fruit in the in between times of the day to make up for eating small meals.

Dinner is the time to bring in a descent portion of beef and brocolli and rice for dinner.  We bought a huge bag of rice that we found on sale.  So i'm gonna be alternating rice recipes and eating fruits and vegetables.  Can't go all vegan but I won't indulge too much on meats as I have in the past.  I'm gonna cut the amount of fats I introduce to my body, making it easier to control my weight.
