My first real workout

Just finished my first workout routine with free trainer. Sitting back and enjoying a protein shake whilst stating my flog. The benefit of using free trainer workout routine is knowing what exercises I have to cover which therefore assisted me in keeping motivated. Tomorrow's another day and I'm thinking of starting on creating supplement to give me extra energy.
