my diet

rather than clog up the message boards, I'm going to post my typical diet here - any constructive criticism would be appreciated.

0700 - protein shake mixed with milk, 2 slices wholemeal bread with marmite/peanut butter
1100 - 3 rice cakes
1300 - cheese+salad sandwich on wholemeal bread, apple, nectarine
1600 - packet unsweetened prunes or dried apricots
1800 - chicken/fish or lean meat with steamed veg
2100 - PWO whey+water on weights days
2200 - tuna on toast
2300 - 150g cottage cheese

total approx 1800cals 100-150g protein. I weigh 127lbs. thanks
