Much better day today!
Even though my legs hurt more than yesterday (if that's even possible) and the sun was out, I decided not to take a break today and go to the gym. I had my protein shake and 1 banana one hour before my workout. Not sure if that's what did it, but I had lots of energy, matter of fact I still feel good. Thought it would be a good idea to take some advice from all you guys and skip the cardio for today. I might be crazy but the only reason I was able to cut my workout short was that I had to go to the bathroom LOL. I feel bad when I don't do a lot. It's like all or nothing with me. It sucks, I need to work hard on execpting the fact that a little is much better than none :-)Thanks for all the support, it helps so very much!!!
Todays target muscle groups
-back & calfs-
10 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) warm up
back and calf stretching
-Ball Bridge (4 sets of 12-10 reps)
-Lat Pulldown (3 sets; 40-60lbs; 12-10 reps)
-Seated Calf Raises (3 sets; 40-65lbs; 15 reps)
-Incline Seated Calf Raises (3 sets; 140-180lbs; 15 reps)
no more cardio and no total body stretching (I guess that counts as sort of a break)
