Legs today.
Not done hamstring kickbacks before - I felt they were a bit gay and I will have to get some ankle weights. Did not get the usual wobbly legs after this workout and I feel slightly cheated. Bring back the squats, all is forgiven
warm up 3mins elliptical
dumbell lunges: 6.25x12 ; 8.75x2 x12 ; 9x2 x10 ; 9x2 x10
Hamstring kickback: 12 ; 12 ; 10 ; 10
calf raises: 9x1 x12 ; 9x2 x12 ; 9x2 x10 ; 9x2 x10
incline bench crunches: 10 ; 10
leg raises: 10 ; 10
