Morning Cardio

This morning I did intervals on the treadmill.  I burned a total of 503 calories and went 2.5 miles in 40 minutes, according to the treadmill display.  I am sore from yesterdays leg workout but still have strength training tonight with my husband.  It is make it or break it time, trying to reach my goals by the end of the year.  Consistency is the key!
