monday's workout

Been a tough month for me. have not really been very good at working out and even worse at recording in my log when i do. I missed last week entirely :( the week before i think i only went once. On top of all that i seem to have stopped at 77 pounds of weight loss. a great accomplishment but not where i want to end! i need to lose another 25 for sure. So given all this i'm bound and determined to raise the priority of exercise and lifting and have a full week this week. I need to continue this journey!
