A good workout. A little sick today (sore throat, nasal, sneezing). Went to bed early last night and dont feel a ton of energy today. Despite all that i still worked hard.

Had some left shoulder during my hammer curls. Honestly the hammer curls were a big struggle even without the pain. I think i fatigued my bicep muscle so much on my barbell curls that there was just not much left for my hammer curls.
