monday week 8

last friday i did not go to the gym. it is ussually a leg day but since my knee has been hurting so much i've decided not to exercise the legs specifically until it get better. I did go out jogging or rather HIIT. Things went well but after about 20 mins of my 30 min route i started to get dizzy. Not sure why. Decided to walk the rest of the way. No use pushing it.

This is what i did today:
