took friday off from lifting. It was a leg day and my right knee was hurting. figured it would be best to not put any strain on it.

Machine Presses 12x50,12x70,8x90,6x90
Seated Machine Lateral Raises 12x50,12x70,10x70,10x70
Standing Barbell Curl 12x30,12x40,12x40,8x50
Reverse Barbell Curls 12z30,5x40,12x30,8x40
been keeping my diet pretty clean and broke through my plateu with a vengence. Hoping to reach my total weight goal this week!
