-Bent Over DB Rows (4 sets; 12-25lbs; 15-8 reps)
-Front Lateral Pull-Downs (3 sets; 40-65lbs; 12-6 reps)
-DB Shrugs (3 sets; 25lbs per arm; 20 reps)
-Hyperextensions (3 sets; BW; 15 reps)
