Monday And I Didn't Have To Work Today

I took an extra day off from work to recover from my trip up to DC this weekend. Up Saturday, back yesterday (Sunday). So, I got to sleep late today and get to the gym when hardly anyone was there. That is soooo nice. Here's how it went...
5 minutes treadmill warm-up 4mph 1.0 grade
Bench Press 95X15 105X12 112X7 115X5
Incline DB Press 25X15 30X10 30X8 35X7
Flat DB Press 25X15 30X11 30X9 35X7
Pec Deck 60X15 70X12 70X8 80X6
20 Minutes HIIT on the elliptical, with five minute cooldown.
Okay, I finally have something to compare this feeling to when I'm actually working out. It's like when I act. While I'm doing it, my mind is really focused. As soon as I put my hands on the bar or the DBs I am ready to go. I get through it, trying to do more. After I'm done and let them go, my mind just goes off on its' own. Like acting, off stage I can be doing anything else other than thinking about it. I walk out on the stage and it's all about getting the scene done. Now, if I can just remember my lines when I'm lifting.
