I have to celebrate more than just one day of Christmas or it depresses the crap out of me. Anyway, went back to the gym yesterday after feeling poorly for a week or so. Not bad. Here we go:

Warm Up on Treadmill

Bench: 105X12 115X10 115X8 125X6 105X11
Inclined DB Press: 25X11
BB Shoulder Press: 65X6 65X5 75X4 75X4 55X9
Bent Over DB Raise: 20X11
1 Arm DB Row: 25X12 30X10 35X8 40X6 30X12
Bent Over BB Row: 90X10
BB Curls: 40X12 50X8 50X6 60X4 40X10
DB Preacher Curls: 20X7
Tri Pushdowns: 50X12 60X10 60X8 70X4 50X11
Overhead DB Press: 27.5X11

Sore a bit today...but that's fine with me.
