Mental Hurdles

I have always done sports in high school and college. In colege I rowed on my university's crew team. I am trying to figureout if I want to continue rowing or just go to the gym to get/stay in shape. I have recently reached a mental hurdle in crew that I just can't seem to get over. I know that I can perform better but I always convince myself that I have reached my limit before the end of the workout and feel awful after because I know I could've done better. Hopefuly this helps me get back in the game and feel confident again!
