maybe i shouldn't look at the scale.....

okay -- so before my workout plan officially started last thursday i was at 141 lbs -- which is good, cause it was 10% of my body WEIGHT gone. today, after only one day of my workout i'm 143 lbs. & my diet hasn't changed!! to top it all off -- i have those little "haters" whispering in my ear that the fastest way to lose the weight is by the proper nutrition & cardio/fat burning. & i know it's not the whole truth, but eck -- i was so motivated -- i figured i could lose weight, satisfy my doctor & sculpt the body i wanted to satisfy myself & now i have my doubts. & to top it all off -- i can't finish alot of the reps in the plan. is that bad?! for instance -- no way in heck can i push out 15 REAL leg raises with proper form. i can barely get 5 out before i have to stop. but the ab program is only a twelve week program. am i knocking myself back?! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
