Make up day

I need to confess that my bed won on Thursday and that I did not get up and do my scheduled workout. All is not lost though. I justified my extra slumber by telling myself that I would make up Thursday's workout on Friday (today) in addition to doing the scheduled Friday workout. These were not hard or long workouts, but my schedule is tight and I usually don't have more than an hour to devote to the gym and that includes drive time and showering. When it comes down to it, I usually have 30 - 50 minutes to spend at the gym unless I get up verrrrryyyy early (4am). Well I didn't get up very early, but I did go to the gym on my lunch break and then again right after work. Two workouts in one day is quite an accompishment, but the bigger accomplishment is not breaking commitments to myself.
