Lower Body Workout!

Man I was weak today, the lunges almost killed me. Maybe it's the weather, or stress, not sure but at least I worked out. My diet has been good as well. :)

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Calves - Abs-

15 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) warm up

-(BB) Stiff-Leg Deadlifts (5 sets; 30-70lbs **NEW PR**; 12-8 reps)
-(BB) Smith Machine Squats (4 sets; 45-100lbs; 12-8 reps)
-(BB) Walking Lunges (3 sets; 25lbs; 16 reps per leg per set)
-Single Leg Calf Raises on LP (3 sets; 160-200lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Seated Leg Tucks (4 sets; BW; 20 reps)
