-Inner Thigh Machine (3 sets; 90-110lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Outer Thigh Machine (3 sets; 80-100lbs; 12-8 reps)
-(DB) Single Leg Calf Raises (3 sets; 20lbs; 10 reps)
-Machine Crunches (4 sets; 60-90lbs; 12-6 reps)
