    Weight loss isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change, so you need to be prepared for that, or you'll just gain the weight back. Jenniferjill is right, you'll want to count your calories. Just make sure you're eating the right foods haha. You'll also want to incoorporate some exercise into your routine. Cardio is a great way to burn calories (leading to weight loss) and tone your muscles if you're committed to it (that doesn't mean you have to run 6 times a week though haha). You can also incorporate some strength training, which I recommend but it's not for everybody. The main thing you want to focus on is fat loss, not necessarily weight loss, however they usually go hand in hand. Good luck on your journey!

    count your calories. Look online for a calorie counter. It will ask you basic questions about yourself. Don't exceed you calories in fact try to shoot a little lower than what they tell you ( cause counting calories can be time consuming sometimes some people round up/down.) counting calories can be fun Just make it a game.
