Long and satisfying workout today

I woke up at 3:45 AM this morning and was at the gym at 4:15. The weight lifting part took me till 6 AM followed by 25 minutes of tredmill. NO Xplode works great. It helps me stay very focused. It kicks in less than 5 minutes after I start drinking it. I take 2 scoops, which seems almost too much, maybe I should try 1 scoop next time.

More to come... Next workout will be on Sunday morning. I have a sunday school afterwards so have to finish it by 7:00 AM (means have to start it at around 5AM).
