I have missed a few days on updating again!  It has been a busy week.  Tues was legs.  Droped off the kids at MMA practice and headed to cardio 30 minutes to start then I did 70 lb leg press on a sled (3 sets), 70 lb calve raises ( 3 sets 15 straight, 10 toes in, 10 toes out each set) leg curls and leg extentions 20 lbs 3 sets each (I would like to find something better for those but for now they will work)  Then back to cardio for another 35 minutes.  Kids done with class so picked them up and headed to Sara's to help her move.

Long day but worth it.

Wed - Back and shoulders.  Austin was going to track practice but it got canceled.  Kaden wanted to do MMA again so off to gym location B.  I do cardio for 20 minutes.  Then lat pull downs wide grip 3 sets and I really don't remember the rest though I have have it logged on paper.  I also helped some girls at the gym when guys that worked there when asked for help mumbled a few things pointed then walked away.  After doing my lifting, I go back on a cardio machine until Kaden was done with class.  Then picked up the family and helped Sara with a few more loads of moving.

Thurs - Chest and arms (I am feeling it)  Get the kids for MMA practice.  Dean is with me tonight He spots me with incline and flat bench presses (I used the bar so I think it is 45 lbs) 3 sets 2 of 15 and one at 10 need to work up to 15 at 45 lbs.  then Dean does some machines and I do some flies with dumbbells (3 sets 10 lbs each side 15 reps each)  3 sets of kickbacks 5 lbs each 3 sets of overhead tricepts followed by 15 cruches with a dumbbell.  And tricept pulldowns 20 lbs 3 sets 20 16 and 14 per my program.  Then we did 20 minutes of cardio.  I know not my usual but I know we are helping move the dressers and couches tonight down 3 flights of steps and up one.  That is cardio too!

I am feeling good.

Tonight we are taking Austin out for his birthday dinner, and it is my non workout time but I will get in some walking and running this weekend.
