Ok things are getting kinda out of wack. i did not go to the gym on friday :( it was leg day and my knee was still hurting. i did not see how i could exercise legs with a bum kneee. Still should have gone and did something...

Had to take son to dentist appointment on monday so was able to find time and work out on sunday. So today is tuesday and i'm posting the workout for monday which i did on sunday. anyone elses head hurt?

Machine Pulldowns 12x70,12x110,12x150,8x170
Seated Machine Row 12x140, 12x180, 7x200, 8x180
Smith Machine Presses 8x90, 7x90, 8x80, 7x70
Standing Lateral Raises 12x12.5, 9x15, 8x15, 12x12.5
Standing Two Hand Cable Curls 12x40, 12x60, 12x70, 8x80
Standing Dumbbell Hammer Curls 12x15, 7x20, 8x15, 15x15
Hanging Leg Raises 10x0, 10x0
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises 25x0, 25x0

Took 2 days off last week. Only lifeted 1 day due to schedule :( so even though this week is week 8 on my program i think i'm going to count last week as my week off and just start a new session next week.
