I did yesterdays workout today and I am hoping to catch up tomorrow by doing both todays and tomorrows workout. I felt good today. Some exercises were easy and some were a little challenging but not too bad. I ended up increasing the reps of the glute bridges from 5 to 10 and I also did three sets of the entire workout. By doing that I challenged myself just the right amount where I believed that I could complete the workout.
