Switching rep & set scheme from 6 stes of 3 to 5 sets of 6
Push Press
135x6, 135x6, 155x6, 165x6, 175x6, 225x1
Pull Ups
BDY+25x6, BDY+25x6, BDY+25x6, BDY+25X6, BDY+25X6, BDY+70X2
Bar Lunges
115x6, 115x6, 115x6, 135x6, 135x6
Back Squats
135x10, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2, 300x1

I have to admit I was a little intimidated with trying the Push Press at 225. After waiting for the right song on the MP3 and convincing myself that missing it was not an option I hit it. The mind is a powerful thing. Back Squats were not in the rotation this phase, but I wanted to check my form. They were going up easy so I kept going. I stopped after 300, (below parallel) but had more in the tank and this was AFTER 5 sets of Bar Lunges. Can't wait to hit them hard when my legs are fresh. Even the Pull Ups @ Body+70 x 2 felt good. This was my last workout for this phase. I will take a week off and switch up the exercises and rep schemes.
