Lifting Day 2, Week 4 (Shake Up)

Switching from 4 sets of 7 reps to 3 sets of 10 reps. Since it was a lighter day I decided to switch up all the exercises as well. Normal exercises in (******)
I did warm up with my normal exercises (*****)


Seated D.B. Shoulder Press - weight each hand (Militaries)
60's x 10, 75's x 10, 75's x 10

Lat Pull Downs (Chins)
120x10, 120x10, 120x10

Hyperextensions (GM)
BDYx10, BDYx10, BDYx10

Standing Smith Machins Calf Raises
135x10, 135x10, 135x10

Work out time 30 mins.

Short, sweet and light. Felt good to go light for a change and it was nice to switch up the exercises. Needed to go light after Fridays workout. Overall a great day in and out of the gym.
