Let's Begin!

So as I write this FLog I currently weigh 79.8kg and im in the worst shape of my life so far. Considering that I used to run with the best of them and was one of the most active people I knew it seems to have goten away from me. But not anymore! Starting today I have decided to get off my arse and get fitter!
Beginning my workout routine created on here and following a dietry plan i have devised Im hoping to lose weight but then gain muscle mass and tone from it.
Today starts with some Cardio training to burn fat and increase endurance followed by some Leg Day Action!
