dumbbell squats same, weight same count

dumbbell lunges same weight, same count

dumbbell standing calf raises same weight same count

back hypers 15x15 lbs 12x20 lbs 10x25 lbs

dumbbell twisted hypers same weight, same count each side

side planks 3 sets 2 minutes each

lying side leg raises 3 sets of 20

lying leg tucks 3 sets of 20

stretch 20 minutes

barefoot treadmill 700 calories 15 degree incline

My heel does not hurt as bad when I walk the treadmill barefoot. My shoulder is no worse and may actually feel better.
