Legs like jelly! Lunges and more lunges! With Abs.

Had an excellent leg workout. HAd trouble walking down the stairs from the gym.
4 sets db lunges
3 sets Smith machine lunges
4 sets ham string curls
2 sets Bent knee lying side leg raises
2 sets hanging leg tucks.
30 min on the E machine 323 cal.
