Legs Like Jelly

When I finished. It was like being on a boat for a long time and then coming back to land. It also sounds like a Kramer expression, "Jelly Legs." Anyway, here's what happened...
Warm Up On Treadmill 5 minutes 4mph 3%grade
DB Squats: 25X12 30X12 35X10 40X8
Single Leg Presses: 90X12 110X12 130X9 140X7 (man, this was tough on the seated leg sled press thing. felt good, and I know I really worked each leg.)
Hanging Leg Raises: 14 11 9
Bent Over Twists: 3 sets of 15
Seated Leg Tucks: 15 14 12
25 minutes on treadmill Forest Walk Pgm 12% grade 4 mph
Ugh...I'm starting to hate my gym. Sure, it's only $20/month, but it's so damn crowded...even after 8:30pm that I can't stand it. People seem more interested in being social than anything. There are some that are there to work hard and get it done, but they are few. Get out of my way! I wish I had a 24 hour place to go to here.
