Therapy put me through the ringer again on the legs. They also incorporated calves. To dang much to post on here!

25 minutes Bike (Oh ya; HATED IT!)
Ok, abs, hmmm, made it to page 533 in my Arnold Encylopedia (abs). Found that I was doing many things wrong. So, I hit abs this morning with the big azz book right there. My abs are weak as hell, but at least I have learned how to do them correctly.

Reverse Crunches(these really suck)

Sad I know, but when one finally does the exercise correctly, quantity is hard to come by. I guess it can only get better from here.
