Well, it was leg day. The day I dread more than any other. I shouldn't. I did some squats today, since mutt has asked me when I was going to throw some in. Here's the rundown:

Warm Up on Treadmill

Smith Machine Squats (I wanted to go heavy enough to keep good form, but light enough to make sure I had good form. Confused?): 85X12 105X12 125X10 135X7
Leg Presses: 180X12 270X12 320X10 370X8
Incline Seated Calf Raises: 90X12 110X12 130X10 140X8

25 minutes on elliptical. 325 cals average heart rate 135

I'm off to LA tomorrow for a geek convention. Yes, it Star Trek/Wars/whatever other sci-fi stuff you want time. Be back Monday on the redeye flight. I hate that flight. It's tough to be over six feet tall and try to sleep in coach.
