Legs and injuries

Squats 135x10, 225x8, 265x6 275x6
Leg Press 90x10, 270x8, 360x6, 450x6
Straight leg deadlifts 65x10, 125x8, 145x6, 165x1

You will notice that I only did one rep on the last straight leg deadlift. There is a reason. I noticed that when I brought the weight down that I did not have my butt down, instead I had it up. I tried to correct my form, but by then it was too late. My lower back popped and I put that weight down in a hurry. It was a horrible pain, almost crippling. I would imagine that I am no going to be able to lift for quite some time. This always happens to me when I am making great progress. I have to go see a doctor tomorrow. For now I am laying around putting ice on my back and watching movies.
